Our small but growing law firm is looking for an Office Administrator to stay on top of our bustling estate planning and probate practice with poise and proficiency. Sure, we need someone who rocks the basics: reception, filing, communicating with clients, maintaining databases, scheduling – the typical office administration jobs. But we also need a customer service champion who will write thank you notes, keep the office tidy, help the legal staff stay focused on delivering services, and do it all independently and confidently.
We absolutely love a great personality, sparkling communication skills, and top-notch organizational practices, but we also need to be sure our Office Administrator maintains all client confidentiality, is a self-starter, is comfortable working on their own, and has a great attention to detail.
If you have excellent people skills, are proficient on a PC, love to solve problems, and are happy being everyone’s hero, you just might be our perfect Office Administrator! We’d love someone with a college degree, but you might be the right candidate even if you don’t have one. And, if you have law office experience, we’ll give you bonus points.
Our ideal Office Administrator will work 20 hours per week, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at our downtown Boise office, and be paid hourly dependent on experience. If this sounds like you, let us know!
